What care types do you offer, and who's a good fit?

We provide both assisted living and memory care in a warm, residential setting. Our ideal residents are those who need support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, or medication management—often three or more ADLs—and may be living with dementia or Alzheimer’s.

Please note that we’re not suited for those requiring a two-person assist for transfers, those at high risk of elopement, or those who are still highly independent and seeking a more social, minimal-assistance lifestyle.

Are you willing to come to travel for care assessments?

Yes, we're happy to travel for a care assessment anywhere within 20 miles of our location.

If your referral lives more than 20 miles from us, we kindly request that they arrange to visit our location. Prior to their visit, we are happy to provide basic checks over the phone to ensure effective use of their time.

What is your staff to resident ratio?

We proudly staff to a level of 4:1 resident to staff ratio. This is above the state standard and ensures an a high level of awareness of our residents.

In addition, we hire all staff for their warm and caring personalities as much as their experience. We take great care of our staff and have succeeded in maintaining a steady, long-term workforce. Our average CNA tenure is about 3x the national average. As you can imagine, this directly translates into the quality of relationships we have with residents, as the steadiness of caregivers is proven to have a direct correlation with improved health and satisfaction of residents.

Do you accept medicaid payment?

We currently accept medicaid for up to 3 out of our 10 residents. While we wish we could offer more, the cost and administrative burden of the program limits us to those levels.
